She came to me and asked "Hey,will you marry me" ? And I was like what the f**k. She didnt even know me and I didnt know her. How could she say those words straight into face of a stranger.


No affair , No I love you , direct shadi , all of this with the speed of light ! ! ! ! LOL


I was flattered , perturbed,flabbergasted at her proposal. She seemed to be perfectly fine and in her senses. She looked amazingly perfect. She had the looks that would make any guy go crazy. Any guy would fall for her, any guy, I tell you, any guy. Put simply , she had the beauty of  Rose of Titanic ,she had the innocence of Bella of Twilight, all perfections clubbed into one.


Wait , Is today 1st of April ? Today is not 1st April either. No one will fool on 29th of January. Its fest time c'mon.


She repeated " Will you please marry me , please , please please ! " . I have seen guys bending on their knees but this is the first time a girl doing all this , that too , for me. Time coagulated. I did not move, she did not move ,the entire CCD watching me, and we were the centre of attraction. People looked at me as if I was the third empire and awaiting my decision. Nothing in my life was more embarrassing + romantic than this.


I wasnt option less. I considered these options.
1. Slap her and bring her to senses. : Did not I tell you , she was perfectly fine. And slapping a beautiful girl in front of people. Bad option. Rejected.
2. Say yes for the time being. Explain to her things later when she is ready for it. [She wasn't ready to listen no]
Nice option. Lets try it. I made myself ready for the aftermath.


I said " yes , bu....".
The moment she heard "yes", she jumped into the air. She went to the table next to mine and said to one of her friends,"I did it baby".


This was my second wtf moment. It took me a minute to realize that she was playing some stupid Truth or Dare game that involved some stupid stuff to do, so that noobs like me get a chance to know what embarrassment means.


I made an awkward expression. I feel she realized what I was going through. The tsunami in my head at that time was inexplicable. She came to my table and said " sorry yar , it was just a game". And I said," Game ? wtf , you almost gave me a heart attack."


"But hey , Have we met before?", she asked. Her friends broke into laughter.
I looked into her face and said,"vaise dikhne me boori nahi ho, koi bhi mil jayega".
